Baaghi is an upcoming Hindi film directed by Sabbir Khan. It has Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor while Sudheer Babu appears in a crucial role. The movie was reported to be based on 2004 Telugu movie Varsham. This film also uses a common theme from many of the Hong Kong martial arts action films in the 1970s, such as Jackie Chan's Snake in the Eagle's Shadow, where a student at a martial arts school is used as a servant by his master for a longtime, instead of being taught kung fu. The theme of fighting on each floor to get to the next floor of a building is copied from Bruce Lee's Game of Death.
After giving the blockbuster film “Heropanti”, Sajid-Sabbir-Tiger will be seen again. In the film Tiger Shroff will be playing a role of a rebel, who will go to great lengths to fight for his love.
Shooting for the film started on 27 May 2015. The film is scheduled to release on 15 April 2016 alongside Dishoom. Both of these films are produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and star popular actors like Shraddha Kapoor, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez,Varun Dhawan and Tiger Shroff. But now, release postponed due to Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Fan” releasing on the same day.
Shraddha Kapoor who plays a rebellious girl, meets Tiger Shroff, who also carries a rebellious streak and nonetheless spark fly between them. In the three-minute action packed trailer, Tiger Shroff swings almost 30 flying kicks to be precise and pulls off the daring stunts impressively.
Tiger has taken the action a notch higher than what we had seen in his debut film Heropanti. Shraddha Kapoor has come up with a surprise and is very impressive in her action sequences. She is also seen swinging roundhouse kicks, striking hard fists, and kicking the butt who comes her way.
The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 29 April 2016.
